About me

I am a composer, pianist, vocal coach, and conductor. I trained at the National School of Music of UNAM, where I studied piano, composition, and conducting with distinguished Mexican teachers, further complementing my education with advanced studies abroad.

I have developed an extensive career as a performer, particularly in chamber music and vocal repertoire, collaborating with singers, ensembles, and conductors throughout Mexico. My artistic activity has led me to perform in some of the country’s principal venues, as well as in Europe, Cuba, and the United States, and to participate in broadcasts on the BBC in London, Radio UNAM, and Opus 94.

Throughout my career, I have worked with leading figures and institutions in the musical field, both in concert and in stage production, with a particular emphasis on opera projects and collaborations with specialized companies and festivals. In parallel, I have maintained an ongoing activity as an orchestral and choral conductor, as well as in the accompaniment and preparation of singers.

As a creator, my work encompasses concert music, vocal repertoire, and stage projects, and has been documented in various recordings. My practice integrates composition, performance, and conducting as interconnected disciplines, with a particular interest in the relationship between music, stage, and language.

I currently combine my artistic activity with teaching and training, collaborating with academic institutions and programs specializing in opera and vocal repertoire.
